How SEOendpoint works

See how SEOendpoint analyzes any URL, detects issues across key SEO categories, and turns complex findings into clear, actionable reports.

Audit Reports

This page displays registered customers with a chronological history of the SEO reports generated from audits they have already initiated.

To keep the process simple and risk-free, we offer a completely free, no-obligation audit, with no charge and no credit card details required at this stage. Users can either sign in with their existing Gmail account or provide their name and email address, and we will send them a secure link to trigger their first report.

1. Welcome to your dashboard

If you have not run an audit yet, a welcome screen will appear with a “Create your first report” button that takes you to the page where you can start your first SEO report.

3. SEO reports dashboard

Once you have submitted a URL successfully and revisit the dashboard, the welcome screen will be replaced with a more detailed view showing high-level information about your active and previous audits, organised into 3 sections.

The top section includes a button that lets you start another audit. The audit overview section gives you a high-level summary of key metrics, including the total number of reports and their statuses, such as completed or failed. The details section lists all previously triggered audits with important information such as the domain, current status, overall score, and creation date. Each entry also includes two action buttons: “View Report” and “Re-run".

Click “View Report” to explore the issues found for the selected domain in more detail. If you have already fixed some of them, use “Re-run” to audit the same URL again and confirm the changes.

Site Health Overview

This is the core page where your audit results come together and the real work begins. SEOendpoint highlights the issues identified, while also showing which elements are already implemented correctly. This makes it easier to review progress later and retest changes with confidence. Every issue is clearly described and supported with technical notes and evidence, so the report can be used directly by your team or shared with external stakeholders when needed.

Each section of this page provides valuable insight, and we will review them one by one.

This section includes the “Back to Dashboard” button, which takes you back to the main dashboard. You can also return there by clicking the logo.

2. Overall score

This section brings together valuable information and useful functionality, so it is worth reviewing each element individually.

Audit score: This score reflects, on a scale of 100, how well your website performs across our core SEO metrics. It takes into account the factors that have the strongest impact on your website’s overall quality and search performance.

Supporting additional context on elements such as document size, internal links, and the sitemap URLs included in the audit. Paid plans analyse significantly more data than the free plan, enabling a deeper and more accurate assessment.

Report export: If you need to share the audit results without providing platform access, use the “Download PDF” button to export either the full report or an issues-only version.

3. Audit dimensions

Our reports are based on thousands of possible issues and observations across different severity levels. To generate them, SEOendpoint analyzes key areas such as on-page SEO, technical SEO, performance, accessibility, and current best practices.

Let’s explore each section in detail and explain what each part does.

4. On-Page SEO

The top section shows the category name and a short subheading that explains what the category measures at a high level. The section score appears on the right-hand side.

Audit On-Page SEO

The overview section can be divided into two parts:

The left section provides a summarized impact overview, explaining the broader effect that one or more issues may have on search visibility, content effectiveness, user trust, and long-term business growth. This section also provides high-level scoring information for the subcategories within the main category.

Audit On-Page SEO Left section

The section on the right brings together all data generated for the category. Depending on the issues identified, it may include up to three sections, which we will review individually.

Issues to address: Each issue we identify is assigned a severity level such as critical, high, medium, or low, depending on how serious the problem is. These severity levels influence both the category score and the overall audit score. Every issue includes a title, a short impact summary, and a severity indicator shown with both text and an icon.

Issues to address

To view more details about a specific issue within any category, click the relevant box. This section provides enough non-technical context to help the client decide whether a fix should be prioritised, based on the impact described for the subcategory and issue type. Technical details and supporting evidence are also included.

In the image below, the content on the left is written for non-technical readers, while the content on the right is designed for technical teams.

More details

In an ideal scenario, when no issues are present, the next section to review is Observations. These items do not directly affect the overall score, but they offer valuable insight for maintaining best practices.

Once you have addressed issues flagged by the audit and want to confirm they have been resolved, the best place to check is the Passed Checks section. This is currently available for On-page SEO and Technical SEO. In the other categories, resolved issues will simply no longer appear in the Issues section. You can also compare past audits to track improvements over time.

5. Technical SEO

Everything covered above for On-page SEO also applies to this section.

6. Performance / Accessibility / Best Practices

Everything covered above for On-page SEO and Technical SEO also applies to these sections, with a few additional details that are worth discussing.

Across all three categories, we perform an additional desktop and mobile check. For the Accessibility category, we also capture a screenshot so you can see how your website displays across different screen sizes and resolutions.
